At LYA, we carefully inspect every order before shipping to ensure the highest quality standards.

Customers are kindly requested to inspect their order upon delivery while the courier is present. If there is any issue with the item received, it should be reported immediately, and the item may be returned at the time of delivery.

For quality-related concerns, manufacturing defects, or cases where an incorrect item was received, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and our team will review the request.

To be eligible for any return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and remain the customer's responsibility in cases of refusal, return, or exchange, unless the issue resulted from an error on our side.
